One Crowded Pier

The sun was shining like the first day of summer so we had a great turnout for the first meet-up: Jane, Dave, Joe, Scott, Barbara, Thomas, and a few others, who’s names I’ve failed to remember (sorry!), all jockeyed for the best position along the pier. Robert arrived with a package full of eels that I hear was the best surprise of the day! Off on the shore was Victor and Chupa not looking to fight for space along the rail. This fish were biting like crazy, most too small to count but everyone was smiling as the bells were ringing. Aiden, who’s not a member yet, caught more fish then anyone out there… I think it’s time he joins! More photos on flickr – http://bit.ly/NYCfishing

Great seeing everyone again!

looks like a great time. have a couple pins for Victor Acosta’s blue at Valintino and the 20.5″ bass caught at the N.5 pier (by whom?). Bummer I missed it; I’ll be back on the water tonight at some point…
